What is the most intense yoga video or video series out there?
Me and my roommates have started doing yoga. We currently use the Yoga in p90X. This is a great workout, but we want more. What instructor or video has the highest level of workout intensity in the yoga world? I don’t want meditation yoga or any of that bull. I want the stuff that kicks your rear.

I want to sit in the adept yoga position for meditation, and though I’m getting better, considering I’ve been practising moderately for a month I’m still having difficulty, also my hips and thighs suffer excruciating pain, has anyone got any tips on how I can improve or loosen my hips/thighs.
