PLEASE ANSWER this fitness question?
Ok. First of all before I give you any more details, I do not weigh myself for I do not want negetivity, I’ve decided that I will add more minutes to my cardio when I get into the groove and some aerobic dance later. I just wanna know how long it would take to lose weight if I eat right and do this every WEEK:
Monday, Wednesday:
20 minutes Cycling
10 minutes Strength Training
10 minutes Weight Training
5 minutes Stretching
(will add 10 minutes aerobic dance sometime later)
Tuesday, Thursday:
55 minutes Swimming
10 minutes Strength Training
5 minutes Yoga
Friday, Saturday:
10 minutes Cycling
30 minutes Pilates
10 minutes Strength training
10 minutes Weight training
Also If you have any changes for monday,wednesday, friday and Saturday please feel free. Also If you could give me some motivation tips, cause sometimes I feel not bothered and its real annoying.
