Health and Fitness: How do you get fit in a matter of weeks?

I play netball but am struggling with fitness and tend to feel sick at trainings.
I want help with how to get very fit in a matter of weeks and would also like to tone up.

It would be fantastic if you could include a weekly exercise plan and a weekly food plan with a healthy range of foods that can help my fitness (including breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner)

any other tips with food and what not to eat would also be fantastic.

I have a rough idea of my weekly exercise plan and it would be something like this.. but any different ideas would be great!

Monday Run
Tuesday Toning exercises and body strengthing (e.g. yoga etc)
Wednesday Netball training
Thursday Run
Friday Walk
Saturday Netball
Sunday Walk or rest
I would prefer if people did not critisize.
I am just looking to get fit and healthy, it may take longer than a few weeks and it may be a life time committment but i believe that i can and that i will, all i wanted were a few tips.
